  Hi, I need some help with the meta options,
  I’m not able to open the meta option tab, they are like stuck, I can instead use the other wp tabs of any pages…

  Hi,

  What post type is that for? Post, page, portfolio?

  It’s likely caused by a 3rd party plugin.

  Please add a link to the admin URL you are testing that page on and a WP login for me.

  Sorry, I was working of the swift slider post…
  anyway, when you create a new page-post-products it show the meta option panel, once the product is saved and you re open it, the tab get stuck
  I need to activate slider navigation because right now is not visible.

  Yes David, as I said above, if you double check the old content the meta options is stuck and I can’t open it,
  it only works when you create a new content.

  Please advise.

  The meta options will never work on a slider. There is no need for them.

  You use the Slide Setup options only.

  If you are inserting the slider into a page, edit the desired page:

  1) Meta Options => Page Header / Slider => Page Slider => Swift Slider
  2) Swift Slider Options => Swift Slider Navigation
