    HI im hacing these issues on my safari 5.1.9 im not sure why and if this replicates on the other safari browsers too, im sure your the best to answer as your suport is superb.

    my website 119.18.57.40

    1. when im logged in as a user the site functions super smoothly, no disorientation of the menu nothing. i get all messages that products are added or the cart is updated.
    2. BUt if i dont log into the site and try and use the same like adding a product to the cart and then removing it from the top right cart icon by clicking the cross everything get disoriented. (attached is the screen shot of the disorientation) Also i dont get messages such as cart updated or the product added to cart (seen in demo too).

    Also, can you share you WP Login details, (check the set as private reply) to us, because you said this is happen only after login. So we can look in to it.

    When I mean logged in I mean logged in as customer in my account. In demo version we log in as demo demo . The abov errors are see thre as well. If u still need my wp log in here they are. But the errors are seen in demo version too. Try log in as a customer and with out see the issues:) especially te text “product added to bag etc”

    Hi,

    You mean after I login with demo and demo, while visiting the product single page, it looks like the screenshot in Safari? But that didn’t happen to me. I forward this to another support staff who have mac to test.

    Yes this is what happens. I think may be it’s happening on safari 5.1.9
    As I see te same in demo also.

    Just register as a user and try shopping.

    Also if you are a logged in user (like username demo demo in ur sample site)
    When u add a product it shows a message saying product added to bag.
    If u try to add a product without log in as a custome hot message doesn’t come.

    I think that is the oldest safari version, I assign to another staff to look on mac safari let we know, what its the output..

    This is also happen only on safari 5.1 on mac? Because for me Firefox, I got the cart add message in both log in and not login mode.

    I checked Firefox 23.9.1 it doesn’t show up the hot message both for demo and my site. Cud this be because I’m on snow leopard osx on Mac ?
