  1. Created new page.

  2. No SPB icon visible.

  3. ‘Screen option’–> ticked ‘Swift Page Builder’.

  4. Closed ‘Screen options’.

  5. After 20 minutes still ‘…..loading, please wait.

  Hi there,

  Can you please try disabling any plugins that you have active, as it sounds like a conflict might be stopping it from working. This may be due to editor plugins.

  Hi,

  So, I’ve now deleted the Parent & Child themes and reinstalled them.
  1. Created new page.
  2. No SPB icon visible.
  3. ‘Screen option’–> ticked ‘Swift Page Builder’.
  4. Closed ‘Screen options’.
  5. After 20 minutes still ‘…..loading, please wait.
  Therefore it wasnt the plug-ins!

  @matelot – I really appreciate your sense of humor, but I would like to remind you that we have a 48hrs response time, Mon-Friday only (that is, we’re not that swift at all, although we try where possible to reply on weekends).

  Moving on, in order to try and help out:

  1) What browser/operating system is that happening in? (so we can better try to replicate the issue)

  2) If you want, you can privately reply with your WP admin login and we’ll take a look ourselves, to check for any conflicts/errors that might cause it.
