Hi there, my product image is not showing the actual size but instead by default it currently display a zoom in version while the hover over view when suppose to zoom in becomes the original actual image size instead. I tried to play around with the different pixels in WooCommerce product display settings but it doesn’t seems to work, it’s always showing the other way round. On the category page this happens as well, it’s showing a zoom in version.

I have tried different sizes and when I input this into WooCommerce product image 800×1200 pixels or 600×1000 pixels, the images are working fine. However due to the image being too big, I requested my graphic editor to edit the image size to be like 400 pixels width and also 350 pixels width, I tried both and this time round the problem kicks in.

    Hi,

    Please remove the custom CSS.

Once you have changed the image sizes in WooCommerce, please use this plugin to rebuild the thumbnails: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-thumbnail-rebuild/.

    Thanks.

Hi, I have set the image size in product display and regenerate thumbnail but there is no changes except it distort the products page images.

    Some behavior I noticed:

    (When Custom CSS is input)

Single Product Page Image shows smaller version of featured image and when hover over zoom in to bigger size image
Products Page images no changes no matter how you set the size in woocommerce or regenerate thumbnails except its distorted in quality

    (When Custom CSS is remove)

Single Product Page Image shows the bigger size image as featured first and when hover over zoom in to much smaller version of image
Products Page images no changes no matter how you set the size in woocommerce or regenerate thumbnails except its distorted in quality

    Hi

What is it you want to do? Reduce the size of the image area on product page?

The reason the hover image is smaller is because it uses the original image you upload, which is currently too small

Hi, yup I was trying to resize the image so it fits on screen for main product page. Appreciate your patience with me so far, thanks for helping out.

On the demo the image sizes we use are 540 x 720, so change your settings to those and regen thumbnails
