  Hi! The iPad menu doesn’t seem to be in the “bar” mobile menu like my other site that uses this theme. What am I missing? Sorry if this is a stupid question…

  This looks to be a conflict caused by Nav Menu Roles plugin, please disable that.

  Please also: Update the theme to the latest version and update all plugins.
