    recently we hired a freelancer to help us customise our product page. (please see attachment)
    – changed the order of product description part
    – add accordions

    After the update everything we did before is gone and I would like to know if there is anything we can do to help me reverse it? We can’t afford to waste anything to redo it again. Please get back to us.

    After updated, everything we did it before was gone, the changed order of product description and the accordions.
    I would like to know if there anything that get it back? We can’t afford to waste anything to redo it again. Please help me to get it back.

    Hi,

    The web developer you hired should have made the changes to the child theme.

    If they have not, all changes will be lost.

    However, if you contact them they may still have the files they worked on which they can provide you with.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I have switched to child theme already. But one question is about the footer setting now its disappear.
    My footer is use shortcodes and HTML within the Footer widget area.
    I have already select all the selection in theme option panels but its still need me to do it.
