    Clicking on the heart icon makes the page jump to the top, and the count doesn’t go through. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

    Hi,

    I think this is a plugin conflict, you have a few errors in your javascript console.

    Try to disable all plugins to see if that happens. If it doesn’t happen, activate the plugins one by one or several at each time to figure out the problematic plugin.

    Ok, so it works now, but why does the cursor remain an arrow, and not a link pointer (hand) when hovered over the heart icon?

    It’s showing an hand to me. Can you try to clear the browser cache or a different browser?

    Rui, it’s just way too buggy.

    Its showing hand on hover and working perfect. Just check with another browser and machine.

    Hello, I’m having trouble with this option too. My Heart buttons don’t seem to be working.

    Like the other poster I don’t mind disabling them entirely if that’s possible in a graceful way. I don’t need the functionality and having nothing there is better than non-working Hearts 🙂

    The social media buttons next to them all work fine.

    @Bally, you can disable it by going to Theme Options => General Options => Disable Love It

    Thank you so much, that’s perfect! I don’t know how I missed that option after checking the settings so many times today. While I’m replying I just want to thank the whole team for how swiftly they’ve been fixing issues lately, like the sidebar one which had a fix available the very moment I finally worked out what was wrong 😀
