    I have just updated to new version of Neighbourhood from my admin and the site has been taken offline?

    It just has a 404 error? Which URL are you referring to that is offline?

    Hi David

    Sorry – at first it looked like it had crashed then it returns to normal without the update completing, I have tried a couple of times and it never completes? Should I try uploading by FTP?

    You can use the ftp to rename the current neighborhood directory to neighborhood_old
    Then just install the zip that David attached like a normal theme.

    This way you can revert your previous version by renaming again the directory if necessary.
