Hi guys, i’ve bought Dante few days ago but i found some problems only yesterday.
1) If i set an “intro animation” i can’t see img (with any browser), but if i click where img should appear a standard wordpress media file page opens.
2) Lightbox doesn’t work, images will be open in a standard media file page.
3) The back to top button doesn’t work.
It seems that any kind of img animation doesn’t work.
Chrome gives me this message:
“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘split’ of null”
and a SensorNotRequired for google maps api.I’ve tried to re-download and re-install theme but it doesn’t work. I’ve installed demo content and also it doesn’t work.
Can you help me in some way?
Thanks

In home page back to top is still not working, i will hide it.
There is a way to allow the gallery to open pictures with lightbox? I’ve tried data-rel and rel but it always opens new media page.
Thank you again

Both Lightbox are different. Because one for single image and another for gallery. You can create the gallery through Add media button. Just refer this article https://en.support.wordpress.com/gallery/ to create gallery.
Thanks
MohammadNovember 11, 2015 at 4:41 pm #227911Probably my english is terrible, but i think it’s comprensible. So i’ll try to explain again the problem. I’ve read your guide but it speaks about gallery and not of lightbox settings. Anyway i can’t edit settings>media>image carousel cause it doesn’t exist. I really appreciate that you are trying to help me but this isn’t the solution, so please stop teasing me like in last two answers.
First of all, in your demo Gallery Shortcode is a gallery and Robot Chicken are single images but the lightbox is the same. As you tried in my site, after you have added “test page”, my lightbox is quite different from your demo (as u can see in yesterday screenshot). I’ve an ilightbox data-rel that in ur demo doesn’t exist, this could be the problem.
My site gallery
<figure class="animated-overlay"><img src="*mysite*/controllo-manuale-1024x683.jpg" alt="" /><a href="*mysite*/controllo-manuale.jpg" class="lightbox" data-rel="ilightbox[gallery-2]" title=""></a><figcaption><div class="thumb-info"><h4 itemprop="name headline">2</h4><i class="ss-search"></i></div></figcaption></figure>
My site img
<figure class="lightbox animated-overlay overlay-alt clearfix"><img width="1280" height="800" src="*mysite*/modelli-per-fonderia-1.jpg" class="attachment-full" alt="modelli-per-fonderia-1" /><a class="lightbox" data-rel="ilightbox[image-gallery]" href="*mysite*/modelli-per-fonderia-1-1024x640.jpg"></a><figcaption><div class="thumb-info thumb-info-alt"><i class="ss-view"></i></div></figcaption></figure>
Robot Chicken
<figure class="lightbox animated-overlay overlay-alt clearfix"><img width="800" height="600" src="http://dante.swiftideas.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/logodrib.png" class="attachment-full" alt="logodrib" /><a class="view" href="http://dante.swiftideas.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/logodrib.png" rel="image-gallery"></a><figcaption><div class="thumb-info thumb-info-alt"><i class="ss-view"></i></div></figcaption></figure>
Gallery Shortcode
<figure class="animated-overlay"><img src="http://dante.swiftideas.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/rcdrib3_thumb-1024x768.jpg" alt="" /><a href="http://dante.swiftideas.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/rcdrib3_thumb.jpg" class="view" rel="gallery-1" title=""></a><figcaption><div class="thumb-info thumb-info-alt"><i class="ss-search"></i></div></figcaption></figure>
Can you please tell me how i can remove this? Cause i’m not at all a developer.
Thanks
-FNovember 12, 2015 at 3:47 pm #228261Hi,
Your gallery + light box is working here: http://modelleriatardivo.qweb.eu/modelli-per-fonderia/
Are you now referring to another page, for example a portfolio page? If so what is the URL?
– David.
November 12, 2015 at 4:08 pm #228280Hi David,
the gallery problem is solved, at the beginning it didn’t work because, as mohammed told me, there were some image elements without images.
Now the lightbox works but it isn’t like the one in the demo.
I’ve edited style.css to make it (more or less) like yours with black backgorund, no social icons and no thumbs.
The problem is that i can’t fix is the size of images. I supposed that ilightbox.min.js sets parameters but i don’t know js code.As you can see in the attachments of November 10, 2015 at 5:11 pm my lightbox is completly different from your. How can i fix this issue?
Thanks
-FPS: if u need again pwd ask fot it 😉
November 12, 2015 at 4:15 pm #228283Hi,
We recently update the lightbox to be a completely new one(ilightbox), which would explain the visual difference.
You maybe able to change the image sizing with this:
minScale: 0.1, maxScale: 0.6,
js/functions.js lines 2797/2798
– David.
November 12, 2015 at 4:51 pm #228302Finally! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
May i ask you if is also possible to resize prev and next image? If it isn’t nope.
Anyway i suggest you to update your demo.
Thanks again David!
