    Hi there,

    We have three issues at present with this great theme can you please help!

    1. We need to change the thumbnail size from a square to a rectangle in portrait can you please advise how to do this?

    2. On one of our products we need to add a text box on the product page where the customer can add some bespoke text prior to ordering how do we do this?

    3. We are getting the following warning with this theme:

    ‘Your theme (Atelier) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.’

    Hi,

    The supplied login details are not working.

    1) Please change the images dimensions in the WooCommerce settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display) then rebuild your thumbnails using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-thumbnail-rebuild/

    2) You would need to use a 3rd party plugin such as this: http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-extra-fields/13571304?s_phrase=&s_rank=3

    3) Have you updated the Atelier theme? If you are using a child theme that contains WooCommerce files, you will need to manually update those by copying the files from the parent theme into the child theme.

    Its Ok Ive removed the Wishlist but I do need help removing the SALE and NEW tags we don’t want any to appear on the site – THANKS

    How do I do this??

    pps. Im also having difficulties on the products page when I choose a product and hover over it Im getting a small box appearing Id like to remove this or be able to increase the box size. See attachment you can see issue on the following page when you hover over a product – THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP WE ARE DESPERATE TO RELEASE THIS SITE!!!

    1)

    .woocommerce span.onsale, .woocommerce .wc-new-badge, .woocommerce .out-of-stock-badge {
    display: none!important;
}

    2)

    That looks to be caused by your modification, what have you added to make that happen? You can hide the shop actions:

    .has-one-sidebar .product figure .cart-overlay .shop-actions > * {
    display: none!important;
}

    I added the following to the CSS theme box without any change? Could you please advise:

    We have another problem the amount in the shopping cart is changing it looks like a currency issue. When I try to buy a product the shopping cart is going to the base currency of Sterling but has a dollar sign? The basket itself is correct and has the correct US Dollar price based on Sterling can you please assist see – Screen shot attached.

    Plus How do we do the quantity price breaks. We sell cards in units of 10 – 20 – 30 however when we set the product up it only has the units in singular 1,2,3,4,5. We need to change this.

    This is handled in the WooCommerce settings. WooCommerce => Settings => Currency Options
