  Hello – I am going crazy trying to change nav and header to have a coloured background vs. transparent. I get it to how I want in customiser but I save, flush cache and it doesn’t work. Please help – I have attached 2 screen shots.

  Go to the page meta options, I think you have the header set to naked header
