Hello,

Thank you for the great theme. I’m setting it up without any problem until now.
I’m wondering how the up-sell should look like, because I didn’t see it in the demo, but I would deffinitely want to change its position to be below the product image. Is this optional or is it a matter of customization.
Also Product details – I would prefer it below the product description, but not below the product image. Check the attached file.

Could you advice, please!

Hey Maria,

What product in the demo are you referencing? I’ll double check this for you with our lead dev.

Regarding the positioning of the referenced element in your screenshot, this would require customisation work, we would recomend Werkpress: http://www.swiftideas.com/customization/.

The customization team contact form is not working with attached file of 20kb and you cannot remove it and send, without filling the form again. I’m sure they are good 🙂
So, if it is a matter of customization, you do design the theme with related products appear in the middle of the page, no align as on the screenshot. I meant they doesn’t appear on the demo, probably that is why.
I’ll find a way to fix this, but as i have to get aware with all the classes etc in your stylesheet and I know it is a matter of 2 lines code, i hoped you will support about this.

Hello,

Check how up sell look like on the attached file. Looks like it is broken on my page. Is there any place/demo, where i can see it working. Also group products is something that i want to use, but it doesn’t work as functionality.

Your upsells looks to be working fine. What is the issue you are experiencing?

Grouped products should be fully compatible, what issue do you get?

Hello,

Upsells are working, just the position on the page when they are opening is really strange – huge white space appeare there – it should rather be below the product image.

More important for me is that Grouping products are not working and I have many of these. It just doesn’t found any products – shows only No matches found, even if I write the full name.

Look at the attached file – I cannot find them and I tried both on English and Bulgarian. It is important feature, that i want to use.

Hello,

Products are live.
I’ve tried with Twenty 15 and still id doesn’t work. If I make the product Grouped from the drop down, then I can see products with the search field for grouping, but still they are not appearing on the shopping page. Also the price disappeared then.

Ideas?

If this happens with Twenty15 it’s a WooCommerce bug, please log the issue with them and mention it happens with Twenty15 active.

I have the same issue. I need my up-sells to show below the product image, as opposed to the column that contains the description. (image attached)

Please try adding the following lines to the functions.php (ideally in a child theme) –
```
remove_action( 'woocommerce_single_product_summary', 'woocommerce_upsell_display', 60 );
add_action( 'woocommerce_after_single_product_summary', 'woocommerce_upsell_display', 15 );
```
