  Hi, I’m currently testing building the website at a test directory before moving it into production directory and am using latest version WordPress and Theme, I added my first product but the featured image and additional images the the gallery are not showing up, this goes for the description as well. I have tried to reinstall WordPress and the Theme but it goes same result. My wordpress login directory is at wp-admin.

  Please contact your host as you have 406 (Not Acceptable) errors on your site which are stopping JS files from loading.

  Hi, I have now use the theme on another website hosted with a different web host, now the product images shows up, but the description is still not displaying. Only the short description is showing, any idea? http://blogshopping.com.sg/web/product/rosearrk-strappy-whale-romper/

  At the product description box just below short description.

  The box that have this text below: You can optionally write a product description here, which shows under the description accordion heading if you have the page builder enabled for product pages.

  So you’re using the wrong box, that box is only for when you’re using the page builder. Just put your description in the main editor at the top
