  IE seems to be having issues when more space is available for a 4 column layout with the Team page listing. I am curious if there is a better picture size to use maybe with a certain ratio that will lend itself to behaving better. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Chrome starts to layout funny but then corrects itself. (Probably JavaScript on resize?)
