    Hello, I have several questions/issues:

    SHOP/GALLERY

    Product Display Columns is set to 3 yet the shop page still shows 4 columns

    VISUAL COMPOSER

    Is it normal that when I enter elements in Swift Builder, it populates the VC area with matching text ?!?

    PRODUCTS PILING UP

    PARALLAX KEEP REVERING TO HAVING TEXT

    Parallax section, I remove the default text:

    This is a parallax text block. Click the edit button to change this text

    I save and then it’s there anyway… I just need an image parallax.

    PORTFOLIO NUMBER OF ELEMENTS

    I try and leave the area blank as you say “..Leave blank to show ALL portfolio items”Yet when I save it reverts to the 12 default.

    WHITE AREAS (PAGE BACKGROUND), WHY?

    How can I delete the white page background areas above the breadcrumbs area?
    And also between the title area and the content (parallax in this case).
    Why are these areas even “happening” ?

    How do I make the icons (below parallax) all the same size?!?

    1) Theme Options => WooCommerce => Shop Options => Multi-Masonry Display

    2) Never seen both working on one page, usually pick one or the other.

    3) Odd, I cannot replicate this on my version. Can you please disable all plugins leaving only Swift Framework and WooCommerce active?

    4) Please use a “Row” from the Swift Page builder. You can set the same parallax options using that and it will not have the text.

    5) Yes, I confirm that also. I have reported this back to the team for resolution and update. In the meantime, can you try adding -1.

    6) Theme Options => Header Options => Enable Top Bar => Off

    7) What icons are you referring to? The arrows on hover?

    1) Please set Multi-Masonry to “Off” and the Product Display Type & Product Display Layout to standard.

    2) If you deactivate the plugin, it will not process the shortcodes.

    3) Ok, please use the Swift Page Builder => Products asset

    7) Looks like you have resolved this, they are all the same height. http://cedartphotography.com/photographers/

    8) “I get a long “waiting for 0.gravatar.com” when loading page, why ?” What page specifically, If on a blog page, it’s trying to load your Gravatar image for your post author photo.

    9) “All products pile up here: http://cedartphotography.com/portfolio/gilles-rufener/ Why ?” – this is likely a conflict with a 3rd party plugin. Can you disable all plugins leaving only WooCommerce & Swift Page Builder active?

    a.) The shop page (set in the WooCommerce plugin settings) is automatically generated by WooCommerce. We have the options for the page header in Theme Options => WooCommerce

    b.) This is because you have the masonry blog layout set to FULL WIDTH=>Yes, please change that to “No” and your columns appear as required.
