  Hi ,
  I have changed my account hosting ( the name and e-mail)and I can’t upload the theme from dashboard.
  What do I have to do? ¿Do I have to give you all my new data ?
  I have changed my mail address in my envato account , and now is the same as my hosting account mail.
  Is it enough or not?

  Hi,

  We don’t have any mechanism that would stop someone to upload the theme.
  Tried to login but a pop window is requiring authentication.

  Check with your hosting if don’t exist any file permissions in the WordPress directories.
