    Hey guys,

since the first day i have a little bug and now i want to go online and i cant find any mistake in code.
I use an amazon affiliate import plugin (woozone) and all images can have a maximum resolution of 500px (x 450px).

The developer says to me, that it is a template function, which block the right resolution to display.
Can you take a look on it?

An the second problem is, that if i delete an image in backend, some image thumbs stay in the upload-folder after message (would be deleted)? Its the size of 120×178 and 140×140 and 70×70.

    Please help me.

    Florian

    Hi,
You can Add/delete any image file through Admin -> Media -> Images. There should be plugin conflict and theme dont have this issue at our end.
    Thanks

Yes and the Developer Said to me, that or works on 1000 Sites and then it will be a conflict between theme and plugin. But i cant Find the 500px rule…

    Hi,

I am not familiar with this plugin as such, but I quick read on their support threads mention:

    1) Set the image size required: WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display
    2) Import/Re-Import images
    3) Regenerate thumbnails.

    Hi David,

yes thats correct but there are the right settings set.
The misterious thing is, that all images have the width of 500px…This muss be a fix variable in an interface between woozone and neighborhood theme.

Yesterday you send me a dropxbox link with ne template. I test it today or tomorrow and give you a feedback.
Can you tell me, what did you do in this beta version?

    Hi Florian.

Please activate the Twenty15 theme and test the plugin import again. The theme only controls the image output sizes, it does not have any effect on that plugin importer.

The beta theme zip fixes large white space issue on the Product page builder asset.

    Hi Florian,

When you activate Twenty15, you need to run the plugin and re-import the images. You need to then confirm if the wrong images are still being loaded in.

After many google questions i find the solution. The f******* amazon Api only export 500px resized pictures for import. This was the reason why it won’t work. Its very bad but the plugin developer cant change it.

Thank you for the nice support.
