  Hi,

  I updated the site to the most recent versions of WordPress and Cardinal theme, but have encountered errors with pagebuilder, fancy header, and the mobile menu trigger. Perhaps the issues are related to jquery?

  Can you help? The mobile trigger will not work, and all of the images for the fancy header are not appearing in the frontend (the thumbnails appear on the backend media page, but when I click on them, I see a broken image icon)

  I would really appreciate your help.

  You are still using an older version of the theme. Try to update it, clear the cache and try again.

  The site is unrecognizable now. The fancy headers are still not appearing and the page builder is not working properly.

  This is all because your plugin Swift Framework is out of date.

  Please delete that plugin (it’s too old for an auto update to work). Then download this plugin latest version and install it: https://www.dropbox.com/s/yc3q50vbc3bbve1/swift-framework.zip?dl=0.

  It seems any plugin conflict. Please deactivate all plugins except Swift Framework and check for issue.

  Hi. As per your instructions, we deactivated all plugins except the swift framwork plugin and the fancy header is dropping down,but the images that should appear inside of it are missing.

  When we check the media folder, and click on the images that are supposed to be there, we get a broken image icon (see the attachment.

  I have included screenshot of how the page is supposed to look, the image that I clicked on in the media page of the backend of wp, and a screenshot of the broken image icon.

  Please advise.

  Sorry, but have you updated the Swift Framework plugin, please confirm which version you now see.

  The theme will not have altered the thumb size, can you try please rebuild your thumbnails: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-thumbnail-rebuild/

  We update the to SF version 1.65 and used the ajax thumb rebuilder plugin. Everything seems to be functioning properly. Thanks!
