  Hello, I purchased this theme for my company and have not been able to get any support whatsoever. I’d like a tutorial video with sound as the one that comes with the neighbourhood theme has absolutely no sound and pixelates when I try to view it full screen( an effort to see really) If no support can be given I would appreciate a refund.

  So what exactly is your problem? We’ll gladly try to help.

  We don’t have any other videos than the one you know.
