  Hi,

  Not sure if exist any hook to place content in that place of the Woocommerce pagination.
  You should try to contact Woocommerce support to get further information if that is possible or not.

  The hook that I know let’s you place html before or after that not inside.
  woocommerce_pagination

  If that’s ok with you to place above or below the pagination let me know.
