  Hi team,

  I have a problem with thumbnail image sizes on shop all page and home page. All images are cropped… I have already set up woocommerce settings, uncheck hard crop and activated regenerate thumbnails but it still does not work …

  The width to height ratio of your images are 3:4, (1500 x 2000) yet in woocommerce your settings are 700×800, which is not 3:4. You should change them to 600×800 at it should work fine 🙂

  If you want all of your images to be the same size yes you should enable hard crop

  I realize that the size (700×800) corresponds to the size of image product and not to thumbnail image… Should I change thumbnail size or it’s maybe the same ?

  The first is for the single product page, the ‘catalog images’ is for the thumbnails on the shop page

  Hi Kyle,

  I have changed the size of catalog images, product images and check the hard crop box but the images are still cropped…specifically when the images are in landscape. Should I uncheck the hard crop box to conserve the original size of images ?

  Yes if you have landscape images you will need to uncheck hardcrop, however the layout of your shop page will not be a uniform grid because all products will have different heights
