  Hi,

  i would like to have multiple choice in the contact form… i mean a menu where you have the choice between “technical contact”, “commercial contact”… is that possible ? in the same contact form ?

  Christophe this depends on what plugin you are using to power the form? You would need to read their docs if you are using a 3rd party plugin.
