I have spent 48 hours since the purchase of your theme trying to get DEMO CONTENT IN WITH IMAGES…. WTFF

After several conversations with my host company making sure it’s not my server settings they determined its your content files that are corrupt.

I DON’T KNOW WHO TO BELIEVE.

I’ve adjusted all of my settings in PHP.ini to more than your required settings. And every time at roughly 35 seconds into uploading it redirects me to this page http://coachdp3.com/wp-admin/admin.php?import=wordpress&step=2 and then when I press “back” it goes back to the import page on /wp-admin and gives me this error “Sorry, there has been an error.
File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.”

    Please advise….

    Hi,

Depending on the resources on the server the import process may have to be repeat a few times so it can import all the images/pages/etc.

Sometimes that can be caused by the max execution timeout setting that if is set to 30 seconds it won’t be possible to import everything on 1 request.

Checked your site and it seems ok at the moment.

Yeah it imported partially but continued to give the 404 erro redirect when uploading xml and the error stating there was nothing in the file I was uploading.

Now I have a more severe problem. The top-header-bar menu is no where to be found for editing purposes in the WP-admin. Please advise “sighn out, my account, shopping cart, wish list” Where do I edit this menu?!?!?! It’s not in appearances –> menu and that scares me because I need to put drop down menu on “my account” and such. What’s going on here? It’s problem after problem…

    Hi,

Those are default menu items from WordPress and Woocommerce and they are not editable.
Seen that you created your custom menu pointing to those pages.
