  Hello,

  While I was updating the website to the new theme version, I got this error message on my admin board:

  File Permission Issues
  We were unable to modify required files. Please ensure that /home/clients/05e2011cd463e772b9ca2baa698b39f1/web/davidjulio-com/wp-content/uploads/ has the proper read-write permissions, or modify your wp-config.php file to contain your FTP login credentials as outlined here..

  I checked wp-config.php file. Everything is correct.
  I did not access the “/home/clients/05e2011cd463e772b9ca2baa698b39f1/web/davidjulio-com/wp-content/uploads/” because I could not find it on my ftp panel.

  Access to ftp are ;
  haow.ftp.infomaniak.com
  haow_methodman
  horizon33

  Could you please give a hand?

  Yeah, it works.
  You are just having access to weemake.fr wordpress installation but the davidjulio.com wordpress website is in “davidjulio-com” folder. Then, you have access to wp-content/uploads folder.

  PLease, have a look.

  Sorry but I can’t login with those credentials, it’s not a question of what directory I have access since I can’t login.

  Can you double check if there isn’t any typo?
