  is it possible to create a “boxed content” item that has a border, let’s say black border, white background, black text?

  You would just need some custom css, please set up a boxed-content asset and add an extra class ‘bordered-box’ so I can give you some custom css

  Just create a boxed content with extra class named box_border and use this custom css code:-

  .box_border{
  border:2px solid #000 !important;
  }
