  It’s on every page frontend with this theme.

  It comes from the theme options I think.

  It would be nice if it could be put in a css file. Is that possible?

  I’m afraid it’s not possible for us at this point to put the theme options css into a php file. This is a widely used practice, in fact every single one of the elite authors I support use this method.
