Hello,

I uploaded and installed the Neighborhood Child Theme, but as soon as I activated it, (before making any changes to the functions.php file), the navigation bar in my website disappeared. Can you please help me correct this?

When you activate a child theme, it is common to have to reassign the menu item. That is standard WP behaviour.
