  1) How to configure the different left sidebars menu for different sections of the store?

  For example, for men’s clothing section of the menu will be: men’s coats, men’s hats, men’s socks.

  2) How to add text under the product catalog?
  For example, the text under the list of images on the page subcategory.

  Hi

  You need to go to Theme Options > Shop Options and set a sidebar for your shop page

  Go to Appearance > Widgets and add the products categories widget to your sidebar
