  “Punchcard App” and “Sign-Up” tabs don’t work. Each are saved elements. Each section also has many iterations of “Add Content Element – or – Add Text Block” that I can’t get rid of.

  Your tabs appear to be working, they are iterating through each tab’s content correctly.

  There is however a lot of duplication for the “Add Content Element – or – Add Text Block” from within the backend, this could be due to the complexity of the layout.

  I’ll get our lead developer to take a look for you also. It looks like you have a lot of modification to the WP editor, could you also temporarily disable all plugins apart from Swift Framework and test if you still get this issue?

  Please find attached rewards tab.jpg, rewards tab editor.jpg, punchcard tab.jpg, punchcard tab editor.jpg, signup tab.jpg, and signup tab editor.jpg. These show the rewards tab is correct; the punchcard tab does not appear as in the editor, instead it shows the section headed with “Reward Redemptions”; and the signup tab appears the same (Reward Redemptions) and will not appear as edited even after I have saved it. Each time I edit the signup tab section I insert from the Saved Element the element I have called “buy coffee” and then reduce it to 1/2 column with 1/4 column on either side. Please advise.

  At the moment the shortcodes are a mess, it’s possible if you isolated one of the tabs in a new portfolio page just to check if there is any problem with the asset itself so we can try to replicated.

  Apologize for the extra work but we need to be able to replicate it so we can fix it if it’s wrong.
