    Hi guys,

    I’ve been having problems regenerating the thumbnails. I’ve tried two plugins: Regenerate Thumbnails and Force Regenerate Thumbnails, but to no avail.

    Am I missing something?

    Nothing happens, that’s the problem. No error message, but no regeneration either. Sorry I haven’t been specific.

    In the WooCommerce settings you have your images set to 300 x 300, which is exactly what’s being used: http://d.pr/i/10vFp/4ujv5uUk

    What makes you think they’re not regenerating?

    Because I’ve set up the thumbnail size to be 431 px (http://postimg.org/image/xxplg10b1/), which is the size that appears on the Shop thumbnails and must be nitid (http://postimg.org/image/jkbh9wztj/).

    Maybe I’m wrong, but as I’m sure you agree, photos on the Shop catalog should look as nitid as the photos on the Product description:

    Should I change the measures from 300×300 to 431×431? I’m kinda lost here, and I’ve had this issue in the past but don’t remember how it was fixed (surely not with you guys).

    Darn it, looks like I’ve been going down the general media options rather than the WooCommerce options. I’ll try there and let you know. Thanks.

    EDIT: Done Kyle, it was the thumbnail size on the WooCommerce media settings, as you obivously mentioned haha. I didn’t really remember about that and completely overlooked that you said WC, but then I noticed, went back and fixed it. Thanks again, hope you have a great day.
