  How can I remove the twitter url included at the end of the tweet (the one which will go to the actual tweet on Twitter) ?

  Sorry, I think you miss understood what I meant, I’m talking about the tweet itself, at the end of every tweet there is a link when clicked will take you to the tweet on Twitter.com, see attached.
