I can’t seem to get the menu I want to display on the mobile version of my site. I’ve setup a separate menu in Appearance > Menus, I’m set it to that menu in both Appearance > Menus > Manage Locations and Appearance > Customize. I’ve set the Mobile Menu to display beginning with Tablet Landscape in Theme Options > Mobile Header Options. I don’t quite understand the difference between “Mobile Menu” and “Overlay Menu/Slideout Menu”, but I don’t think that’s my issue because I’ve tried setting my menu to both of these with no success. It seems that no matter what I do, the main menu for my desktop site is the one shown in the mobile version. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

    Hi,
Please check it now. I just clear the cache that is created by plugin. Now everything seems perfect to me.
    Thanks

Thank you! Would you mind telling me which plugin caused that issue? I’ve been clearing the cache for a week with no success.

Do you have a cache plugin?

Yes, I’m using WP Super Cache. I believe that I read in the documentation or somewhere on the forum that you recommended this plugin.

Also, I did see the issue with the menu resolved, but it seems it’s back to doing the same thing again.

    Hi,
Please clear the cache that is created by plugin. You can delete the cache through plugin setting page in admin.
    Thanks

I just did this again, but the mobile menu refuses to appear. I’m sorry for this being such a hassle. I’ve clicked “Delete Cache” in the top bar of my admin panel, I’ve gone to Settings > WP Super Cache > Easy > Delete Cache (and Delete Expired). I just can’t seem to get it to persist. Sorry again.

    Hi,

Something strange in your WordPress menu management.

Can you or we install the default theme Twenty 15 just so we can determine if it’s something wrong in your WordPress menu management.

Besides the plugins, don’t you have any other cache mechanism? CDN?

    Thanks

    -Rui

I just installed Twenty 15, happy for you guys to test it as long as none of my info (custom css/js,etc.) disappears on theme change. I don’t have any other type of cache plugin nor a CDN.

    Hey,

What custom JS did you do, did you edit the core theme files?

    Cheers,
    David.

No, I haven’t changed anything JS nor core files, I meant the Theme Options > Custom CSS/JS, custom settings inside the theme. Wasn’t sure if that would persist if other themes are activated and then return to Atelier.

With the Twenty 15 I changed menus and it’s working fine.
Will to forward to our head developer to see if he has any ideas about this issue.

    Hi there,

The issue is that you have set the Meta Options > Page Header > Page Menu to “Main Nav” https://www.dropbox.com/s/aide1sz0s73zfqo/Screenshot%202015-09-16%2020.13.07.png?dl=0

This overrides the main and mobile menu. I’ve deselected this on that page and it works as expected now.
