    Hi,

I can’t seem to get my iframe to show within our website. I used exactly the same iframe code from a previous wordpress website running another theme where it works absolutely fine, but when I put it in our new website with the Dante theme it just shows the iframe text. I have tried using it without the swift page builder, with the swift page builder in a normal text box and in a code snippet box but nothing seems to work. The iframe contains a flash file so not sure if this would be the cause of the problem? See attached. The iframe code I am using is:

    [iframe src=”http://www.theintelligentmarketinginstitute.com/survey_tool.swf” width=”100%” height=”400″]

    Thanks

    Hi,

Place it inside a Raw HTML asset.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi Rui,

Apologies I did not try that before contacting. However I have now tried it and unfortunately I am having the same issue?

    Hi,

That is not an iFrame code, that is a WordPress shortcode.

That shortcode will correspond to a 3rd party plugin or custom code that you have likely got activated on your other site and not on the site you are trying to implement it on.

    Thanks,
    David.

Ahh Yes – I was missing both the ‘iframe’ and ‘Easy Flash Embed’ plugins that were on the other site. Apologies, I thought this was a generic iframe HTML code.

All now installed and activated and this is now resolved. Thank you.
