My client says that the website doesn’t seem to work on a Windows Phone. So I tested it with this website https://www.browserstack.com

It seems that the website loads but the phone is then displaying the “Start” menu, like it’s leaving the webpage. Have you heard about this strange issue before? Maybe it’s just the browsterstack.com website, do you have a windows phone so you could test it?

Not sure I 100% understand this, can you ask them to provide some screenshots of their phone doing this.
