  Can you try to do the normal procedure of disabling all plugins except Swiftframework and Woocommerce?

  Hi Rui,

  Thanks for the prompt response.

  This worked (slightly) – The plugin Autoptimize is all of a sudden causing the problem even though I have had it on for two weeks.
  In this case, can you suggest any other plugins or ways to optimise and group HTML, CSS and Javascript (Javascript optimisation was off)

  I’m trying to get the website under 3seconds but am having trouble. I am hosting with WPENGINE so i don’t believe the hosting is an issue. Is there any suggestions you can give me to help push the site down to 3 seconds load time?

  Hi,

  WP Engine specialise in making WP supercharged, I would contact them directly and they will do this for you as there hosting has a few built in features to speed the site up.

  Regarding Autoptimize, this will work fine but it will need to be manually flushed within it’s settings after an update for theme, plugin or if you have added custom code to the theme options.
