    Is there a way I can avoid hard cropping of the product images on the shop pages?

    Sure, WooCommerce => Settings => Products => Display => Product Images. Uncheck the “Hard Crop” setting.

    Once this is done, you must rebuild your images, please use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-thumbnail-rebuild/

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

    If you view the image URL directly, do you see it cropped? If so, this is how WooCommerce is outputting it, and you’ll likely need to change your settings or regenerate again – we don’t control this.

    The problem is partly solved. Now it only ocurs on the Multi Masonry Shop page.

    Hi,

    What are the original image dimensions you are uploading, what Multi Masonry sizes are you experiencing issues with?

    Hi,

    1) Can you supply us with the original images you are trying to use?

    2) Do you have a live link?

    – When using multi masonry, these are the images sizes that the theme will try to dynamically generate from your uploaded picture, this can only happen if the image is big enough.

    Large
    $thumb_width = 800;
    $thumb_height = 650;

    Tall
    $thumb_width = 400;
    $thumb_height = 800;

    Standard
    $thumb_width = 400;
    $thumb_height = 320;

    Thanks,
    David.

    We don’t have any standard size for images, but they are all larger than the image sizes you mention. The main reason we decided to upgrade from Neighborhood to Atelier was the prospect to use a real masonry layout in the shop, like we have on the old cover at artibs.com. This is made with the Media Grid plugin. Unfortunately this plugin dosn’t work in Atelier.
    I cannot give you a live link as the site is still running in testmode on my localhost.

    Hey,

    Any chance you can create a zip file of some of the images and provide us a link to these?

    We can test them out and help you further.
