  Hello.

  I’m trying to update the theme to version 1.3.1 with wordpress and gives the following error:

  Downloading update from http://wp-updates.com/api/1/download/theme/rAhW9OGG8I:EikbmMpT7Ew/neighborhood…
  Unpacking the update…

  An error occurred while updating Neighborhood: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

  I also tried to download the new version fro Theme Forest but all I Got is the old version 1.2.

  Please advice.

  Hi,

  Try updating the theme using the FTP program, download the latest version from Themeforest and upload it to the themes directory..

  PS: Make sure you take the old theme a backup and also the theme options page settings a backup, in case anything happen you can revert it back.
