    Hi,

    In my shop, I found that Shipping Calculator are not shown in the cart page as configured in shipping options but we have customize reservations options for a product on the site.

    I test several plugins for shipping as: oik weightcountry shipping or Flat Rate per State / Country / Region but the problem persists.

    I can not find where the problem is. Can you help me to solve this urgent problem?

    Hi kyle,

    I activated the theme Twenty Fifteen and simulates a product purchase but the problem still persists, and the calculation of the cost of shipping is not done.

    It is as if the entire configuration made for shipping is ignored in the cart so that I wish that the calculation is done for the 4 selected countries where our products are sold.

    Hast thou a idea of the cause of this problem? Can you help me stp?

    Then it is not a theme related issue, please contact WooCommerce support

    Ok but the plugin is installed with your template then that for contacting support of woocommerce, I am asked to make a purchase.

    So I do not know how to do since I do not want to buy again this plugin.
