  Hello,

  I have a problem, since i update the new theme version Neighborhood, revslider disapears….
  when i re-install hisin install plugin, the download say ” An error occurred while installing Revolution Slider: the destination file exist , /home/tropicalb/www/wp-content/plugins/revslider/.

  Ok but , the plugin stay inactive.. i don’t understand why and how it is possible to reactive this , because my home page is empty now, all disapear… my revslider, my thumbnails products …

  Hi,
  Please go to plugins directory /home/tropicalb/www/wp-content/plugins/ through FTP Software. Now rename revslider directory and try to upload the revolution slider plugin again.
