    Hi, great theme etc etc

    I have made featured images for all products in 600 x 800 but when they are showing its all random sizes, is there a way I can have them all in those proportions?

    Hi Darren,

    Within that page builder product asset, please select the option “Enable Multi Masonry” to “No”.

    Hi, sorry for delay in replying was busy sorting other things, I still have the issue though

    I did the set “Enable Multi Masonry” to “No”. But thumbnails are all different sizes even though the ‘featured image’ is 600 x 800.

    Some images are square and some are long, I basically want the thumbnails not to cut off any of the image and be in proportion to the image size

    Any way to do this without hiring a developer?

    Have you regenerated your thumbnails after you changed the woocommerce setting?

    Hi, i’ll try this now, usually I use the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin when the thumbs look pixelated, its more that they are different sizes, will get back to you when I’ve done it

    I also have this issue now below, do you know what this is? I aint changed anything but maybe its an issue for my developer?

    File Permission Issues
    We were unable to modify required files. Please ensure that /home/darrenmc/public_html/mycelebritydress.com/wp-content/uploads/ has the proper read-write permissions, or modify your wp-config.php file to contain your FTP login credentials as outlined here..

    Hi, yeah had a feeling it weren’t a theme issue

    Anyway the thumbnail regret didn’t work

    There seems to be a few option for product thumbnail resize but none seemed to work

    Would it be under ‘WooCommerce’ / ‘Settings’ / ‘Display’

    Or ‘Settings’ / ‘Media’

    Attached current screenshots for both sections

    It’s the woocommerce settings, you should set them bigger than 500 x 300

    Hi, The thumbnail regeneration kind of worked as in some are the same size but some are still larger than others, and some will show the bottom of the rollover image too, is there still no way I can just make them all the same size, even if the featured image size is different?

    I have attached a screenshot of current settings, previously I was making all featured images 600 x 800 but I’m running out of time and was hoping the thumbnails will just automatically all be the same size no matter the dimensions of the featured image

    This is the issue

    WooCommerce will only resize the images to those settings if the image is bigger than those settings. So some of your images are being resized, but ones like this: http://d.pr/i/15mFV/3BpIGjSD are not because they are too small
