Hi I’d appreciate it if you could answer the following questions regarding the shopping cart.

    1. How do I get the cart to work as when I click on view cart and proceed to checkout it just remain on the product page.

    2. Another issue I’ve noticed it takes ages for images to load on the view cart icon at the top when you hover over, when you hover over, the shopping cart popup opens and it tells me what’s in the cart but often this images never load and just show the spinning loading gif. http://grab.by/JPGu Just for reference I’ve got Add to cart ajax disabled in theme settings woocommerce products options.

    3. So I opened my cart page manually via view page (backend of wordpress in pages) and the items show up here but click on proceed to checkout button and it goes nowhere just reloads the cart page.

    Cheers
    Phil

    Hi Phil,

Please add your WP URL and your login details.

    1) Is the theme and all plugins updated?
    2) Are there out dated WooCommerce files?
    3) Have you set your WooCommerce settings, particularly the checkout pages? http://docs.woothemes.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hi Phil,

Yes I see that, I am concerned that this could be caused by the plugin ‘BulletProof Security’. That plugin looks to have modified your .htaccess file.

Could we start by deactivating that plugin?

If that does not work, please deactivate all plugins apart from Swift Framework / WooCommerce.

    Thanks,
    David.

    Hi,

Regarding this issue in the image below, it’s caused by the Lazy load plugin that changes the behaviour of the images.
