    Hello,

I have updates your Cardinal theme to 2.22 and wordpress to 4.3. However, the swift framework doesn’t work anymore. When I try to change some text for example, the window open but when I click on save, nothing happening. The window stays open and I can’t even cancel… Could you help me please, I have to work on the site today…

PS: I’m using a child theme

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

Can you clear the browser cache and try again?
I disabled all plugins and turned them on again, and it seems to work fine now.

    Hello Guerreiro,

thank you very much, yes it’s working now. So weird… I don’t understand how turning off and then turning on plugins could fix the problem… Did you turn them on one by one or all at once?

    Have a nice day!
    Sophie.

Yes, I turned them off all at once.
I also don’t understand, sometimes things like this happen.

Let’s us know if you face this problem again.

I’m having a similar problem. I upgraded Cardinal to 2.22 on WP 4.3 and now Swift Page Builder doesn’t work. When I go to a page, I click on the SPB button but the SPB elements do not load. There is only the WP editor. I’ve tried turning off all plugins and clearing the cache but the problem was not fixed.

    Hi Raquel Wilson,

Are you using the “Text” tab in the WP editor? Please switch to “Visual” tab then use the Page Builder.

If that does not help you, please privately add a WP login for us.

    Thanks.

I was using both the text and visual editor and still could not use the SPB. I eventually went into the “Themes” section, switched to the 2015 theme, then back to the Cardinal child theme and the error went away.
