hi guys, in my ‘guys’ products category it shows 12 items and then on to page 2, and then page 3. I have a page called ‘guys’ and have a shop element there, which is set to show 24 items per page.. but this page isnt the ‘guys’ page according to the URL and i cant for the life of me figure where this page is coming from, in order to edit this.

the page i want to edit is this one: product-category/guys

    thanks!

    Hi

That’s the official category page, it’s automatically created by WooCommerce.

ah. gotcha. that would explain why i keep finding two of everything in my menu options.. two ‘guys’ one that i’ve done in swift and one auto generated by Woocommerce.

okay so i now have my own ‘guys’ page up.. and when you hover on an image/product, it shows a white popup with text.. what is that and how do i make it look better.. visually it looks odd to me.. i think because it is cutting off the text on the left side.. are those the tags i’ve used in the product post? can i make those go away?

That’s odd, are you using the latest version of the theme, swift framework, and woocommerce?

it also hasnt changed how many items i am viewing on one page.. its stuck on 12 items even though my swift shop element is set for 24.

Have forwarded your other topic to the developer to check

Regarding the number of products, the category pages do not use the products asset so it doesn’t matter how many products you have set to show. WooCommerce uses 12 products per page

Hey Kyle I did some heavy duty Google and found a fix for this thats pretty simple! Basically they said to go into the dashboard, scroll down to settings, hit up ‘reading’ and set the blog posts per page, to 24 hit save.. i now have 24 products showing on one page! They also gave a bit of short code in case that didnt work (it did so i’m not using the code)

you can find the quick basic info here
