Hi

I purchased NEIGHBORHOOD theme 2 days ago. It’s impossible for me to install it, it shows me the error message showcased in the attached file.

I red the special topic in the NEIGHBORHOOD purchase main page but it didn’t help me as it does not correspond to the theme files.

I need help as I wanna enjoy the theme I bought 62$ as soon as possible.
