    Hi There, The hamburger menu on ipad and iphone is not clicking through. it is only bringing up #
    i have looked at previous support items and saw that someone turned on performance option and I have also tried that with no luck.
    Hope you can help. thank you

    Hi,

    There is a JS error on your site, could you deactivate all plugins apart from WooCommerce and report back so I can test?

    Hi David

    I have de-activated all the plugins and it still didnt work.
    Please let me know what I should do now?

    Hi,

    Definitely it’s one of your installed plugins.

    It worked fine with only Revolution Slider active.

    Deactivate all plugins except Revolution Slider, then activate the plugins one by one or several at each time and always testing the menu still works till figuring out the plugin that is causing it.

    First clear the browser cache.

    Hi,
    I just resolve the issue so please check. This plugin NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati was cause to issue so i deactivated it.
