    Hi.

    Recently the ‘my-account’ page has stop working.

    It fails to show orders, or flick between the tabs.

    Any ideas?

    Does the supplied login have any orders assigned to it?

    Hi David

    Thanks for taking a look.

    Yeah – I have a test user with an order. Also the title doesn’t change when clicking between the tabs? i.e. downloads – Address book.

    Can you provide us the user credentials of that user that has the orders?
    Also can you try to disable all plugins except Woocommerce and SwiftFramework.

    Hi Rui

    I have tried different user accounts and also tried deactivating all other plugins.

    Still having issues. On Chrome and Safari too so not browser related.

    Hi,
    Its perfect. User with this admin user email id [email protected] did not make any order according this list http://dev.weknowprint.co.uk/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=shop_order .

    Hi,

    Is it possible there is a misunderstanding here, are you expecting other people’s orders to show in your “My Account” page?

    This page will only show orders and data attributed to the current logged in user. As you have not made any orders, none will show.
