    Just downloaded the “Update” that Themeforest pushed out and it has a file codecanyon-2751380-sliderrevolution-responsive-wordpress-plugin provided. The only zip files I see included are the “examples” for v5.x and v4.x. I see that there is a new 5.0 version of the plugin out, so is that in this update file and I am blind or was it not included for some reason?

    Yes the latest version is included in the download file from themeforest, go to the premium plugins folder

    You should have a zipped version of the revslider folder, that’s what you need to upload. If you don’t then zip the folder. Or use FTP to overwrite the files
