I am migrating a website into Pinpoint and noticed several issues:

    1. The main menu works in Chrome but it won’t work in Firefox.

    2. The Awesome Icon shortcodes do not work when I insert them into a page. For example when I put:
    [icon image="beaker" size="large"]
using the Swift Framework Shortcodes and then I publish and go to the page it isn’t on the page, but when I inspect the page where the icon should appear it shows this code:
    <i class=""> </i>

    3. The Revolution Slider just keep showing a loading wheel on it most of the time.

Any help on these issues would be greatly appreciated. If you need to look at the website it is: http://dev.leadtoconversion.com/

    Hi,

    1. You have a jQuery error because of that video embed (it’s breaking everything on that page that needs jQuery)

    2. icon-beaker

    3. Have you correctly added the slides and use the correct alias?

    1. I completely disabled the revolution slider plugin and while it did get rid of the jQuery errors, it still didn’t resolve the Main Menu not working in FireFox, I have the most recent version of Firefox as well.

    2. I guess the shortcodes with the Swift Builder do not work then if I have to manually add <i class=”icon-beaker”></i> instead of being able to use [icon image="beaker" size="large"]?

    3. Yes, I even just tried with 1 slider having 1 slide with just a basic image and made sure the alias was correct. I even tried downloading the jQuery easing file again and replaced it to make sure it wasn’t a problem with that js file. I also uninstalled revolution slider and reinstalled it.

    Hi,

    1. You still have lots of JS errors, cause by linksalpha, crwdcntrl, and the fact that you didn’t actually remove the video container (this one is triggered by our theme).

    2. Have you tried [icon image="icon-beaker" size="large"] ? That’s what I meant, sorry for being ambiguous.

    3. Try again, after you fix point 1) (as in, remove those scripts that are generating errors and remove the video element/wrapper on that page, as our theme tries to fit it, but it can’t find any video)

    Regards,

    1. That shouldn’t have anything to do with the menu not working in Firefox if it works in Chrome though. Plus the slider isn’t on any other page which means if this was the case and the video and slider was messing up the main menu dropdown then it would still work on the subpages since they do not have the slider.

    2. That still did not work, this is not as big of a problem just an annoying issue.

    3. There is no more video element all that is there is just a shortcode now that is where the video use to be.

There was a conflicting plugin, once I deactivated it everything was working again.
