    Hi Guys,

    Had this theme for ages has been great until today…customers were saying it wouldn’t allow them to select international shipping and I knew it had been a while since i updated Woo commerce and the theme so I updated both and now it only loading 1 product in my shop but I have loads and even the screen says “15 products” (see screenshot) and all the data is still in WordPress (phew) so I have no idea whats going on here. Would be hugely grateful for your help because its completely broken and none of my customers can use the website. As a small business only selling online this is utterly crippling I would be grateful for swift help please!

    Cheers

    mark

    Hi

    Can you remove the pluscaptcha plugin, I think it’s causing a conflict

    Hi Kyle thanks for getting back to me. I’ve just deactivated the plus capcha plugin as requested but this doesn’t seem to have fixed the issue. You have my admin login details so feel free to deactivate any plugin you like if that helps! Thanks for your time!

    Hi,
    It seems wordpress memory issue. Methods for increasing the amount of memory a PHP script may consume

    1. If you have access to your install and are running a version of WordPress earlier than 3.0, try the plugin
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/memory-bump/ as this is the easiest way to increase your RAM for WordPress.

    2. If you have access to your PHP.ini file, change the line in PHP.ini
    If your line shows 32M try 64M. If your line shows 64M try 128M
    memory_limit = 64M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (32MB)

    3. If you don’t have access to PHP.ini try adding this to an .htaccess file:
    php_value memory_limit 64M

    4. Try adding this line to your wp-config.php file:
    Increasing memory allocated to PHP
    define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’96M’);

    5. Talk to your host.

    Thanks
    Mohammad

    Hi Mohammed,

    i contacted my host and they have looked into the memory and also at the database and its not a problem at this end. They removed the template and all is loading fine with products being pulled through (see attached screenshots). Below is there response. I would be grateful for your further assistance…

    Please note that there is some issue with the theme ‘neighborhood’. Currently we have backed the theme as ‘neighborhood_bak’ and that has resolved the issue.

    Also, please be informed that there is no memory issue and memory limit is all set fine. The memory_limit in php.ini and wp-config.php is ‘768M’ .

    —–
    define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘768M’ );
    memory_limit = 768M
    —–

    We have also checked the database ‘thelevel_store’ and could see that it is all fine.

    Hi,

    I have run through and updated three required plugins:

    1) Breadcrumb NavXT
    2) Contact Form7
    3) YITH Wishlist

    This looks to have added your products back: http://www.thelevelcollective.com/shop/

    You to perform some routine maintenance in your site, remove old theme folders neighborhood_orig and neighborhood-child, check this are not the current version.

    Please update all other plugins.

    – David.

    No problem, open the style.css file and at the top will be a version: number.

    Cheers,
    David.
