  Hi guys,

  I have updated my fav icon months ago and on all website pages the icon shows up correctly. But on the wordpress dashboard the old icon shows up. Where can I change the fav icon on wordpress admin dashboard. Why is old icon still showing up? See attachment

  Hi,

  The favicon of dashboard is not managed by the theme.

  Try this plugin.

  Thanks so much …. but do you know where wordpress is getting the old Fav icon from? Any way I can just delete it?

  Hi,

  From what I know, WordPress doesn’t do it by default. And when I log in your site I’m not seeing ane Favicon.

  Try to clear the browser cache and test in a different browser.
